POSTER ELECTRONIC PRESENTATION / DISCUSSION GUIDELINES

If the poster has been previously presented at another conference, it WILL be permitted to be displayed at DERM2024. However, we will NOT allow any duplication of poster data from prior DEF meetings.

Poster abstracts will be published in the DERM2024 Program Syllabus and posters submitted for discussion session may be selected for presentation in the general session during the live conference. The author(s) will be notified by email if chosen to be presented by DERM2024 faculty during a poster discussion session. The authors do NOT have to participate in DERM2024 or be present. DERM2024 faculty will be presenting select posters daily throughout the live conference.

AVOIDANCE OF COMMERCIALISM

All posters of which the cost is underwritten to any extent by a pharmaceutical company, manufacturer or subsidiary company must avoid commercialism. Trade names and logos are not to be used for drugs, devices and/or instrumentation, unless absolutely unavoidable. If applicable, posters must include a clear acknowledgment stating the cost was underwritten and identifying the name of the company or companies and their involvement. If the authors did not write the content and a medical education agency or other service provider was utilized, this should be acknowledged in writing. No advertising matter of any kind may be distributed nor will any material display which, in any way, promotes the commercial interest of any company or the poster authors.
