A 24-year-old male patient presents with complaints of an intermittent rash that appears 2 to 3 times per month. The rash starts on the palms and soles and spreads over the body. It features exquisitely tender, red bumps and intense itch. When the rash appears, the patient experiences significant joint pain and fatigue that persist for up to 3 days. The patient reports that the rash and associated symptoms only occur after bowel movements. Can you make the diagnosis?
