TARGET AUDIENCE
This educational activity is designed for nurse practitioners and physician assistants specializing in dermatology.
GLOBAL EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to: • Through case-based presentation and discussion panels, summarize updates in diagnosis, classification, therapies, and immune-system targets in psoriasis, PsA, and AD and describe their clinical implications. • Cite the mechanisms of action of various drugs that are commonly prescribed by dermatologists and devices that are used by dermatology medical health professionals to treat skin conditions. • Define appropriate outcome measures for the optimal follow-up of patients with dermatologic diseases as well as those receiving cosmetic procedures in order to improve healthcare outcomes. • Experience demonstrations and participate in discussion when utilizing dermoscopy and toxins/fillers in order to improve core competency for the medical provider and ultimately maximize patient and healthcare outcomes.

Airport Shuttle
FOR ARRIVAL INTO LAS VEGAS MCCARRAN AIRPORT
The DEF provides complimentary shuttle transportation for all DERM2019 registrants and their guests from Las Vegas McCarran Airport (LAS) and the Encore Las Vegas on Thursday, July 18, 2019 from 9:00 AM PT – 9:00 PM PT. The shuttles depart approximately on the half hour and the hour. During the scheduled times, transportation greeters holding a DERM2019 sign will be located as you enter baggage claim regardless of terminal. Check in with the greeter prior to obtaining luggage from the carousel.FOR DEPARTURE FROM THE ENCORE AT WYNN LAS VEGAS
The return complimentary shuttle runs on Sunday, July 21, 2019 to the Las Vegas McCarran Airport from the Encore Las Vegas with departures starting at 12:00 PM PT and ending at 4:00 PM PT. The submission deadline for poster exhibit or discussion abstracts for the Dermatology Education Foundation Essential Resource Meeting (DERM2019) NP/PA CME Conference is June 3, 2019. Abstracts will be published in the DERM2019 Program Syllabus and select abstracts will be discussed in the general session. The author(s) will be notified by email if chosen for discussion sessions.
