DERM2023 Discounted Room Block Information
The DEF is thrilled to have secured a discounted room block at the Encore at Wynn, Las Vegas where the DERM2023 NP/PA CME Conference will be held. We are pleased to offer the following rates at Encore per day for room/suites rates, single or double occupancy.

A charge of $50 per night will be added for each guest over double occupancy. All registered guests must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and all guests will be required to show a valid government issued ID upon check-in.
A daily resort discounted fee of $35.00 plus 13.8% tax will be added to each guest room account. The tax is subject to change. The resort fee entitles each guest to the following items:
- In-room wi-fi: four (4) devices per room at a standard 7Mb connection speed (a value of $80/day)
- Access to the fitness center for 2 people (a value of $40/day)
- A dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations, and golf tee times

Tax Policy
Current Clark County occupancy tax is 13.38% and is subject to change.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure charge, which will equal the room and tax rate on the last night of existing reservation, will be incurred by guests checking out prior to the scheduled check-out date on their reservation, unless Owner is given 72 hours’ notice.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit fully refundable provided reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled with-in 72 hours of arrival are subject to a one-night cancellation penalty.
