DISPLAY AND DISCUSSION OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE!
The submission deadline for E-posters and discussion session presentations for the DERM2022 NP/PA CME Conference is Monday, June 3, 2022.
POSTER electronic PRESENTATION / DISCUSSION GUIDELINES
If the poster has been previously presented at another conference, it WILL be permitted to be displayed at DERM2022. However, we will NOT allow any duplication of poster data from prior DEF meetings.
Poster abstracts will be published in the DERM2022 Program Syllabus and posters submitted for discussion session may be selected for presentation in the general session during the live conference. The author(s) will be notified by email if chosen for discussion sessions. The authors do NOT have to participate in DERM2022 or be present. DERM2022 faculty will be presenting select posters throughout the live conference.
AVOIDANCE OF COMMERCIALISM
All posters of which the cost is underwritten to any extent by a pharmaceutical company or other company, must avoid commercialism. Trade names and logos are not to be used for drugs, devices and/or instrumentation, unless absolutely unavoidable. If applicable, posters must include a clear acknowledgment stating the cost was underwritten and identifying the name of the company or companies and their involvement. If the authors did not write the content and a medical education agency or provider was utilized, this should be acknowledged. No advertising matter of any kind may be distributed nor will any material display which, in any way, promotes the commercial interest of any company or the poster authors.
Note: Sponsorship of funding by a commercial entity must be noted in the lower right-hand corner of the poster. Failure to do so will result in the poster not being shown.
