This educational activity is designed for nurse practitioners and physician assistants specializing in dermatology.


After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:
• Through case-based presentation and discussion panels, summarize updates in diagnosis, classification, therapies, and immune-system targets in psoriasis, PsA, and AD and describe their clinical implications.
• Cite the mechanisms of action of various drugs that are commonly prescribed by dermatologists and devices that are used by dermatology medical health professionals to treat skin conditions.
• Define appropriate outcome measures for the optimal follow-up of patients with dermatologic diseases as well as those receiving cosmetic procedures in order to improve healthcare outcomes.
• Experience demonstrations and participate in discussion when utilizing dermoscopy and toxins/fillers in order to improve core competency for the medical provider and ultimately maximize patient and healthcare outcomes.

Can I receive pharmacology credit for DERM2018?

Yes, and there are TWENTY pharmacology credits at DERM2018! You can claim the whole conference – this might be your requirement for the whole year! Proceed to complete your CME/CE post-test evaluation on the You’ll be able to ask the CME provider for a printed statement for pharmacology credit that you may use immediately. What should I do if I complete the course and exam and do not receive the CE certificate?

Can I access a CE certificate through this website after I have attended a live event that Evolve Medical Education has sponsored?

Yes. You will see a link on the homepage that says “If you need a certificate for a live event click here.” You will then be prompted to complete a request form that includes basic information on the live symposium you attended and for which you are requesting a CE Certificate. Your request will be sent directly to Evolve Medical Education for processing. Attendance is subject to verification prior to the CE certificate being issued. You should receive your CE Certificate electronically within 10 business days. If we are unable to verify your attendance via a sign-in sheet, scanned conference badge or completed CE/evaluation form, we will be unable to issue a CE certificate.
