Claiming CME for DERM2021

Eligible attendees have until December 31, 2021 to complete post-test evaluations for DERM2021 NP/PA CME Conference. When ready to complete evaluations, visit the Evolve Medical Education website  at the appropriate red link below to create an online account, or log into an existing account. DERM2021 CME ACCREDITATION: IN-PERSON

ACCREDITATION STATEMENT 
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Dermatology Education Foundation, Evolve Medical Education, LLC, and Physician Resources, LLC. Evolve Medical Education, LLC is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

DESIGNATION STATEMENT 
Evolve Medical Education, LLC designates this live activity for a maximum of 17.25 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM.
Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT CONTINUING EDUCATION 
PAs may claim a maximum of 17.25 Category 1 credits for completing this activity. National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) accepts AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM from organizations accredited by ACCME or a recognized state medical society.  

NURSE PRACTITIONER CONTINUING EDUCATION 
The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Program (AANPCP) accepts certificates of participation for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM from organizations accredited by the ACCME Individuals are responsible for checking with the AANPCP for further guidelines. 

DERM2021 CME ACCREDITATION: ENDURING

An additional 6.75 hours of CME/CE was available online through September 10, 2021. 

This activity is designated for 6.25 pharmacology credits. This will be included in your certificate at completion of the post-test evaluations, if applicable.
